"Sadly I have to say this was not a good stay. I asked to stay in a room that would be quiet because we had to get up super early the following day. The evening staff gave us a room that unfortunately there were VERY LOUD frogs. When we inquired,we were told that other guess had previously complained, they emptied the fountain but when they added the water back, the frogs came back. My issue with that is that the reception knew this and should have either informed me or put us somewhere else where it was quieter being that I personally requested it in person. Other things that were not ok: the iron was literally broken, there was a whole piece missing on the side, the pull out bed was broken, the toilet was not really clean, no paper towels in the kitchenette area, the air vents were so filthy. We had to constantly contact the front desk. It was so late when we returned to the room and discovered all these things to change rooms. Upon checkout I spoke to the day reception and she apologized and gave me $10 Starbucks gift card. 😳 Nice gesture but that still did not make up for what we paid for the room and all the issues we had. But on a positive note, the chef and staff for breakfast were very nice. "

"The grounds were immaculate, parking was easily accessible, and an elevator for convenience. Also the pool and hot tub were wonderful! Location was walking distance to shops in Solvang."

"The paint in the bathroom was chipping,the fan in the bathroom was very loud and we had flush the various times , the mattress was bad ., my boyfriend and I both rolled in the middle of the bed once we played on it . The windows were dirty , lucky for us it was just 1 night we had reservations."

"My stay here at this hotel was OK for the value. Rooms were clean although a bit outdated. Hot breakfast provided was a plus. Good location as well. For the price, I would stay here again."

"Perfect hotel by itself for a cute getaway but also perfect for exploring nearby Los Alamos and the wine region. A lively, colorful fun bar and pool make it a super place to hang out day and night. Fire pits and views round it all off with a bow. Highly recommended."
