Khách sạn Břežany II

"Saubere Zimmer, gutes Frühstück und Parkplätze vorhanden"

"It was a good stay. My only concern was the wait at times to be seated in the cafe for breakfast."

"Excellent stay with outstanding service! I had a wonderful experience at the Diplomat Hotel, largely thanks to the incredible staff. Every interaction was smooth, welcoming, and professional. I want to give a special mention to staff on duty when checked in, who went above and beyond to be helpful during my stay. Her exceptional service, attentive care, and warm hospitality made a huge difference and truly made me feel valued as a guest. The entire team here clearly works hard to ensure guests...

"Clean upscale hotel."

"The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating to any concerns we had regarding our travel plans,"

"Breakfast was perfect"

"The gym facilities were extremely underwhelming, with barely the basic equipment available — essentially just one treadmill. This was particularly disappointing. Service at the restaurant was equally unsatisfactory. The service staff at the breakfast area came across as unhelpful and lacking in hospitality. Even a simple request for a complimentary cup of coffee for takeaway seemed like an unreasonable ask, which made the overall dining experience rather unpleasant."

"Property is located in a perfect area. We used the concierge a few times. The biggest negative is the temperature in the rooms. I turned down the heat to 15 Celsius and we were still baking in the heat. Everything else was wonderful but if you cannot sleep because you are roasting, and cannot sleep, not a good thing."

"Most classy hotel I’ve stayed in in a very long time. The food was remarkable. The artwork was impressive on its own, and the staff was super helpful.. will definitely be back"
