"Nearly everything about my stay was wonderful. From check-in to checkout, the people are friendly, courteous, and helpful. The room was immaculate, spacious and comfortable. The only negative was attempting to get a coffee at the coffee bar took entirely too long (over 30 minutes). Two people working for the amount of customers on a Saturday morning is unacceptable (and one of them was so slow). Meanwhile, multiple dining room workers stood around right by the coffee bar."

"Really nice, new, artsy hotel. Stayed here with family on a short trip to see the Cincincinatti Zoo. Staff was nice, rooms were very clean, parking was free, and there’s a food hall right next door with great dining options. I was surprised at how few guests were there. So, if you’re looking to book a big function, I’d bet they’d be able to accommodate. Seems like it would be a cool place for a wedding reception. "

"We arrived VERY late and they had a unique system for late check in but it was actually really convenient! We got checked in super quick and easily. Easily found our room from the map and once we got to our room were pleasantly surprised that we had been upgraded! What a true blessing that was! The room was so spacious and was so comfortable for our family after such a long day of driving! Being able to really stretch out and be comfortable was the cherry on top!
