"Great experience, friendly staff, clean room"

"Our stay here was amazing great location and rooms were big and clean. The only complaint was both days for breakfast a lot of the food was not restocked. Fresh fruit and yogurt was done by 830 and never refilled. Lots of empty dishes."

"Yep, it's an old building - that's actually part of why I chose it! They're actively doing work on the lobby as of April 2026; the public spaces were all well maintained, and the space was very clean (I saw some comment from someone else about "worn carpet" - we only saw that on the stairs from the ground floor to the lobby, and I can say we never saw anyone else opt for those stairs since there are elevators first...). Breakfast was adequate - kept replenished (even on the day we arrived on the very tail end, we still had enough options, even if we didn't have *all* of the options) and tidy (hard to do for a buffet!). We opted to park in the public lot a storefront and a half north, and it ended up being $85ish for 3 nights. (Valets were always available when we came in and out, though, so the tradeoff for convenience was a deliberate choice. We just always opt for as much independence as possible.) And the staff were all amazing!"

"The room were clean, the water was hot,it was near restaurants and gas stations. The internet was not the best. I never knew anything about breakfast wasn't informed at all about it upon check-in. The sink did not drain in the room and the housekeepers never asked if I need new towels or my trash dumped.But over all it was ok"

"We were stopped by security twice about a closed area without a sign. I wish there where more signs up about places allowed and not allowed. Rooms were just okay. We didnt have a nice window view, felt like we were being watched by the apartments next door, so the curtains stayed closed. Both times i had to go to the front desk no one was there and no one came out only to check is in."

"The staff were great. There is not an elevator and a little outdated. The top bedspread on one bed was very dirty had black marks on it, like mascara. I did not try to switch rooms, it was not a disgusting dirty, maybe like mascara. You could clearly see it and maid should have changed that one out to be washed. The breakfast was very limited, especially for a weekend, where other hotels might offer more of a variety for weekends. I would stay here again."

"This is an older Unique hotel! It is a block away from the convention center! Huge rooms!"
