The floating market and the maritime museum are within walking distance. The balcony overlooks the Iguana Cafe and the floating bridge. It's lively and entertaining in the evenings. The building is part of the iconic landscape featured on most Curacao merchandise. "

Unfortunately the walk hall was very dark no lights on first floor cable still sticking out of the wall, unfinished. It would be nice the apt door has a handle, easier to close the door from inside. "This place is immaculate.  Well maintained by the staff as well as the owner. Free street parking was not a problem on a November. Not sure though how things are during the peak summer season.  Location is excellent, there's a local grocery store close by and the hotel is less than 10-minute walk from the downtown tourist area. There are well equipped shared kitchens in every floor and coffee is always available. Highly recommend. "
