"I’ve stayed in the room before on previous visits it was the same looked like new! Interesting pictures on the walls with the Brighton feel to it. My room and en-suite were in great condition, coffee was good at breakfast too! Everything went smoothly and I particularly like the full size mirror and the large mirror in the bathroom too."

"Clean room. Nice quirky hotel/guest house. Good location. Helpful friendly staff on arrival. No front desk but WhatsApp contact details given. Air conditioning unit very noisy and cannot use without the window open. Good for a stay in the cooler weather out of season but wouldn’t recommend for the weather we are currently having. Ear plugs were supplied by the hotel but I don’t find them comfortable to wear to sleep. I would definitely stay again just not in August."

"Great location, and a good sized room. No air conditioning, and the fan provided wasn't that efficient. The wet room style of bathroom meant that shower water often pooled by the loo, (whose seat was a bit loose). I stayed for two nights and despite the notice that my room would be serviced from 10 am, when I got back to my room at 12.30 on my second day it had not been touched.
