In the bathroom there was a doorstop with very sharp edges in the middle of the room - sliced off a piecd of toe on the very first day. The dishes all needed a good clean too. "We had an early flight so we arrived at the hotel at 8am and check in is usually at 3pm but they allowed us to check in early (straight away) and on top of that we got an upgrade to one of the few rooms with a balcony! One of the best hotels we’ve stayed at. The interior, the bathroom, everything was perfect. "
