"Everything was perfect for this hotel, it’s very close to metro argonne M2 and tram route 5. The facilities and room is definitely not what you expect because of the price you paid was very low. My only complaint is that they do not provide mineral water or drinking water, you have to buy on your own, but there’s also mart nearby. I would still recommend this hotel if you’re on a tight budget but still want the best option"

"Great location - near Cardona station, Sforza Castle, and church with the “Last Supper” painting. Great staff - Elisa and Mirko were great! Bathroom shower had a lot of mold in the walls. In the morning, the apartment above us was noisy (maybe the cleaning crew?). Besides that, we had a great experience and would stay there again."

Communicated with hotel management several times after the first night and the next two. According to their tech room temperature was acceptable. Sent multiple pictures (3 days) showing the high temperature. Communication with the host was super easy, they were very responsive and sent detailed check-in instructions. "It is conveniently located near Milan Central but does not offer value for money. When we checked in, we were informed that the air conditioning is available but we will be billed additional euros to use it. Second room has a sofa bed and it is very uncomfortable. Small kitchen and confusing building layout with a lack of lighting makes it very difficult to navigate."

"The property's location is great, the room is clean and smell nice, air-con is the best!! The staffs are friendly and helpful, you can also enjoy yourself at the coffee bar. However, just one thing to remind, if you are doing self-check in out of their front desk hours, we better contact them in advance by their contact email (you can google it) rather than message on Expedia, cause seems they not read Expedia message. We love to stay again."

"Great Location! Thank goodness for the air conditioning in the summer! It was tricky to find and the elevator was a bit tricky if not familiar with cage like operating system. However, once I got the hang of it, it was awesome for lugging up suitcases. Staff was so kind and very helpful!"
