"Absolutely beautiful resort. The bathroom is fabulous. The bed is comfortable and the fireplace takes a chill off in the evening. The food in the restaurants is good with lots of choices. The grounds are very well maintained. The view is awesome and the park is amazing."

"The staff here is absolutely fantastic! Even though our trip started a bit bumpy, they totally turned it around and made us feel so welcome and at home. Their hospitality was beyond amazing, and they were super accommodating to everything we needed. We're definitely coming back when we're in the La Fortuna area! They even helped us plan activities and surprised my sister for her birthday, which was so sweet! Big shout-out to Alejandro, Jimmy, Carlos, and Victor! Pura Vida !"
