"The staff were really helpful and breakfast was good. The hotel overall is tired and old fashioned. I stayed in 3 different rooms (another story) and all had different issues with them. There certainly weren't any tablecloths on the breakfast tables like the picture at the start of this survey."

"First class hotel in centre of Bath. Easy walking distance to shops, restaurants and attractions. Staff very helpful and professional. Some lovely touches made by hotel due to special occasion as well, which was appreciated. Highly recommended."

"Rang on the day of arrival to ask for featherfree room and was assured by Harry that this would be accommodated. I anm anllergic to feathers. Arrived later and forgot to check the pillows. Woke up with swollen eyes the following morning, checked the pillows and saw that they were down feathers. Told ..."
