"The rooms are not big or super nice—think slightly larger dorm room with an en suite bathroom. You can clearly hear every sound on the street, including an average volume conversation from across the street, and plenty of sounds from individuals in other units. The room was super clean, so kudos to the cleaning crew. The plus is the location. So if you want to have easy access to the city and just a place to sleep, this is the place for you."

"A nice place in a nice area but a bit overpriced."

"The property was in a good location and was clean. The code for the door didn’t work and I had to call for them to change it. The toilet wouldn’t flush, the lights would not come on but the ceiling fan wouldn’t turn off. It was freezing in there when I arrived and there were signs not to turn on the heat or the ac no matter how tempting but the ac was clearly on when I arrived. The towels were thin and tiny, it took a really long time for the water to get hot and it barely came out for a shower....

"The place is very cute and well decorated. The shower and bathroom was much smaller than expected so I would keep that in mind. We also had to climb three flights of stairs to get to our room. The AC also didn’t seem to be working as it was incredibly hot at night. The communication and hospitality was good, just felt the experience wasn’t as great as I had hoped."

"Our first night the TV did not work and we were not able to adjust the temperature in the room because the thermostat displayed the message "low battery". . So the first night was freezing. They did respond quickly to text but did not repair until the next day. The building is older so its understandable that its not in new condition but we heard the wind howling all night long. The window obviously needs repaired and they attempted to patch the window with a couple pieces of wood. That clearly...

"We loved the location and the host was amazing. We only wish the sidewalk construction wasn’t going on because it obstructed part of the beautiful view."

"The New Seabury resort is beautiful & has excellent customer service. The 4/5 stars is because the unit we stayed in needs some updating. However, the layout, cleanliness, & location is good."

"They need carpeting in rooms… you can hear people above walking at all hours"

"Beautiful clean property. Second stay here and more to come in the future!"

"We had a wonderful stay. The location is perfect for exploring Boston, with close and easy access to public transportation. The unit had more than everything we could have needed. The communication with the host was excellent, and they were quick and responsive. We would absolutely stay here again, and highly recommend it to all."

"It was our anniversary and we asked for a room with a balcony and Ocean view and they got back to us right away, standing that they would set that up for us. The room was perfect. Didn’t realize it had two full bathrooms two balconies overlooking the ocean and it also had the pool with the spa hot tub that we used every night. Everyone there at the desk was so lovely and friendly and the rooms were clean and up-to-date. We can’t wait to go there again thank you for a beautiful place to stay."
