"Worst hotel experience I've ever had. The electricity in my room went out on the first night and when I contacted the front desk, they told me to fix it myself because they had no electrician. No electrician. At a hotel. I then had to wait an unreasonably long time just to be moved to another room. Second night, electricity goes out AGAIN. "The owners of this property canceled on me the night before my trip, blaming it on a “maintenance issue”. They originally reassigned me to a different unit but then canceled it in full. It was difficult to contact the property and I did not even receive a full refund. Would not recommend staying at this place, a would not recommend this ownership group that works through Evonify Stays."

"The property we booked was not available and we were directed by host to another property. The other property was dirty, run down and generally in very poor condition. There was no wifi in the property and communication with host was not very useful. The property we were relocated to had no air conditioner, smelled like cigarettes, had no iron, the toaster didn't work, had no TV service, was dirty, and I could go on and on. We had to stay because being commencement weekend at the nearby college...
