"I was put in an extremely unsafe situation. I was attending a wedding in Newport and knew that it would be a late night. For the purpose of safety, I thought it was smart to book a room to crash in for a few hours , instead of hitting the road late night. To be horror…. "Lumpy uncomfortable mattress. No hair dryer, hallway smelled like a dog pound, noisy dog all night down the hall, outside security door was unlocked, TV remote was missing battery cover and batteries kept falling out, there was a plastic glove on the floor of the room when I walked in (not sure what that was about), room phone was stained- maybe coffee- I wasn't going to use it, but it looked awful, no kleenex provided."
