I arrived at around 7pm and put the code into the door lock and turned the handle only to find that the door was also locked with another lock I phoned the contact number on the booking confirmation only to find it was an office and nobody was there, so I left a message, I never had a reply. "We enjoyed our pre-cruise stay at the Moxy, and believe that you will, too. Arriving in Southampton by train from London, it was a short walk (no more than 10 minutes) from the station to the hotel. It was a leisurely 20-minute walk to the ship. The staff were sincerely friendly and helpful. We were greeted with a smile and welcome drink. The menu in the bar area was excellent -- and the breakfast was super."
