Water leak in the bathroom that almost caused my nephew to slip and crack his head, non-stop ear shattering construction above our room that featured a musty smell, amenities and outlets that didn’t work, a sliding door with no screen to keep out the swarm of bugs, and doors that didn’t lock, in addition to some staff that seemed to be having a bad day, that was our experience.
