"Amazing property right on Division. We were in town to see a show at the Tomorrow Theatre across the street so location was 10/10. Easy access to the house/room and the continental breakfast spread was impressive. Would and will book again the next time we stay the night in Portland."

"Room is quite spacious. I like it provides kettle, that can match nicely with their provided smith tea maker tea! The room itself feels a bit old though, eg the lighting needs to be switched on/off individually instead of centralised control; air conditioning is quite noisy when it is on so I have to switch it off when I sleep. The details of customer experience is not perfect I have to say, for example the toilet sink is too small to fit in the kettle it provides, and toilet counter top is too...

"Overall it was fine, to be a luxury hotel like the name says it needs to be clean. The sheets and bed skirt had stains and so did the sofa in the room. The bathroom door had soap scum on it."

"The hotel over all was ok! Our room the flooring was wavy. The hotel was over all pretty clean. It was easy to uber from there. Wish the breakfast would have been complementary. The staff was super friendly. "

"My stay at the KEX hotel was phenomenal, at first i wasn’t expecting the rr to be a shared bathroom on every floor but it wasn’t an issue at all. Staff was very helpful in many areas. There are many cool things this stay had to offer such as complimentary coffee and tea, a snazzy photobooth and even a restaurant within, truly had an amazing stay!"

"If AI were to make a hipster hotel it would be this one. Staff was not welcoming. They throttle the ac at night, so the room was hot. You can’t trigger the AC to come on. The bed is just okay so it was a miserable night. You get a free drink at the bar with your room, but the bar is lit like a retirement home and the bartender is not interested in swapping out blown kegs. It is designed for guests to not use the amenities. We were happy to drive away quickly and experience real Portland...
