"Would stay again"

"I stayed overnight at this hotel cause I was having surgery at the surgery center nearby. The beds were very comfortable. The rooms were clean. This place is an amazing on the inside. Thank you very much."

"1. Got there and no one was at front desk. Stood there a good five minutes. Someone in lobby was calling the front desk. The guy finally came out the office. 2. The A/C does not work. The ptac only kicked on once. The temperature only went down to 76. It was mucky in the room. The ceiling fan helped just a little. 3. For an hour or more at 11pm a bunch of kids were running up and down the stair wells and slamming the door. Going from one side to the other running down the hall. 4. Night worker was dressed nicely but the morning guy looked unkept. His button shirt was like he slept in it. He didn’t seem pleasant. If you work the morning shift at a hotel you should look the part. You see the customers the most. Take time In your appearance. Or maybe hospitality is Not your career. 5. Breakfast was subpar. Left without eating. First time not eating the breakfast. Overall worse experience. Got very little sleep. I have stayed at five in the last month. "

"Newish hotel with adequate free parking. Spacious room with kitchenette. Comfortable bed. Breakfast range pretty good and well stocked. Woukd happily stay again if needed to be in the area."

"The staff was great! I had an issue that was fixed immediately by Britney at the front desk - she was super helpful! Breakfast was hreat and very fresh! Very happy with my stay!"

"Lovely inn/boutique Hotel in Jackson. Walkable to Capital, Civil Rights Museum and old capitol . This place was beautiful! Great rooms with lovely art work, wonderful staff and comfortable garden area to enjoy morning coffee or drink from the bar. Breakfast top notch, a real 10!"

"Property was pitiful. Garbage everywhere. Pool is not in use but it was full of brown water and Garbage. Room was very undesirable. Jacuzzi jets were not all working and water would not hold kept draining put. Definitely a one and done stay. This was a special occasion for my fiancee and myself. The only good thing about my stay was my company. They offer breakfast that was a joke. Honey buns and coffee. Definitely will not be back or recommended to anyone!"
