"Out of date, breakfast times not early enough"

"The hotel building itself wasn’t bad but the property and surrounding area was scary. Homeless people everywhere. I was traveling with just my daughter and I and decided it wasn’t safe for us to stay there. We didn’t even check in so I can’t say what the interior of this location is like. When we pulled in the first thing I saw was a large homeless population and security guards wondering the property during the day which can give you an idea of what the crime rate in the area is. "The hotel was nice, but it was hard to get to from where TriMet let us off. The room was clean and comfortable but the exterior doors looked like someone had tried to whitewash them with thin paint, making them look like they were under renovation. Staff were excellent."

"I was there in March hoping for a nice experience as this hotel has been a lovely place in the past. First the power went out for a day. No hot water, no anything that included power. No offer for a credit or refund for the wasted day. Housekeeping was abysmal. I had no service at all that I could tell for 3 of my 5 nights the hotel. I paid extra for a view room which was also a corner unit that was great. BUT…Cobwebs all over the ceilings even in the bathroom. Drapes were in sad condition...
