"We have stayed at this property for 3 nights and wished we had more time. The location was fantastic …right on the river, walkable to Las Olas Blvd. What we loved most about the apartment were the large windows and incredible views of the river and boats passing by. The apartment was very spacious and our teenagers appreciated their own beds in their own room. Kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. The pool at the property was great as well and we also took advantage of the laundry...

"The property is well maintained. The area is intercostal living area so nice quiet neighborhood. The communication with the property management team is awesome. They respond quickly and very helpful. Staying there is quiet for the most part you can control your neighbors but management will handle any issues quickly as they do have a noise policy already in place. Laundry area for a minimum fee if you need to use. Will definitely recommend."

"We loved the property, bed is comfy, location is perfect and parking is very convenient. Definitely worth the money! If I had to improve one thing, it’d be the draining in the sink in the bathroom, it’s a little clogged. Other than that everything was great!"
