"Here is what makes this hotel unique is the the cleanliness of the room. Exceptional! It meets my standards. The staff is very polite, respectful with great customer service. They are prompt in attending to needs. This hotel serves hot meals for breakfast and dinner. I did not use the Hot tub. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone. Excellent stay!!"

"They need to fix the elevators. Employees have a letter in the elevator asking guests to contact owners bc they feel this should be done long time ago. One doesn’t work and the other one has some poorly functioning buttons. Employees were super helpful and nice. Pool is great. Close to massive mall and whole foods."

Mark and Jermey make you feel like you are a part of their family with great conversations with them and attention to details is present in every room. The food is out of this world. "The first hotel I stayed at with my family was very clean and tidy, with excellent bedding that provided comfortable sleep throughout the night. The staff were also warm and attentive."

"The hotel itself was great; it was very clean, and there was always an attendant at the front desk if you had any questions. The only issue I had was that room service never came to replace used towels or tidy up the room. Also, the shower has a gap that allows water to flow onto the floor, creating a slipping hazard."

"Room was clean and cool when we arrived. There was a couch that was helpful for hanging out. Had a microwave, refrig and coffee pot. Bathroom was good too. Comfy bed with lots of pillows. Nice out door pool."
