"Unfortunately we had a meal that had to be taken back which was taken off our bill. We had been out early to go on the broads for the day. When we got back to the hotel to book a table for 3 and was only to be told that the tables were fully booked. Looking at the tables outside and inside that was not the case, we had to resolve to getting a Chinese takeaway delivered to the hotel, where we had to eat it outside on a tree log as the hotel refused to allow us to eat out on the patio of the hotel. There was no resolution to this, we will not be returning to this hotel again. Words of advice book your table for the duration of your stay!!"
