"We have stayed here before due to its location so we decided to stay here again since we had a train to catch in the morning. The hotel is inside the Brussels Midi/Zuid station, which is great. The rooms are good size, but also kind of outdated. Abdel (or was it Abdal?) was absolutely amazing, he checked us in with a smile on his face and made sure we were taken care of. We will keep staying here whenever we go to Brussels for sure."

"Solid hotel, a few nits: Confusion about the room service menu, initial instruction was to use the TV, after a long conversation it turned out that this wasn’t yet implemented on floor 6. Helpful person brought us a menu but was reluctant to leave it with us. Service weren’t overly generous with towels, only left us one large towel between two of us. No room service menu on a Sunday. On the upside oats place downstairs was awesome and the mini shop downstairs was also a great idea."
