"Hotel des Arts Montmartre had the friendliest & most helpful staff of any hotel we stayed at during our time in Paris. Their level of service truly went above & beyond. One staff member (Nehemiah) actually hopped into our car to help us locate a nearby parking garage, & another kindly offered us breakfast items before the official breakfast service began (we had to race to catch an early morning airport transfer, & they even made sure to give us a small gift upon checking out). "Everything is good, except the price"

"There was food left in the refrigerator from a previous guest. There were two clean bath towels left each day, replacing two soiled ones. However on my third day one dirty towel was left behind and only one clean towel was left.No a/c on night 3 and my room had no functioning windows. The room became extremely warm. I had expected more since Expedia gave it a 9.4 rating."

"BE AWARE - they DO NOT have adequate air conditioning for all rooms, yet will try and 'make it work'. If you're staying over the summer, get ready to argue with the staff about it. NOT FUN for what should be a nice vacation in Paris."

"La puerta corrediza del baño rechinaba mucho, había que dejarla abierta para evitar el ruido durante la noche, sería recomendable que la tina de baño esté un poquito más baja, para facilitar entrar a la ducha y evitar una caída. Al regresar al hotel para la segunda noche, no habían puesto toallas, las pedimos tres veces, las llevaron hasta que transcurrió una hora. Muy buena ubicación y desayuno. Hotel muy concurrido."
