"The hotel was in a quiet location and has onsite food and drinks. It also was close to a gas station and had both a Tesla destination charger and Electrify America charger. The room was clean and comfortable. They do provide breakfast although the day that we were there the eggs were pretty overdone/burnt."

"Stayed at this hotel for one night. We were attending a concert at the Denny Sanford center. We checked in about 4:45 and started getting ready. We walked into our room and notice a brown nasty stain on the couch when you first walk it.. Further inspection of the room the floors look like they had not been vacuumed in who knows how long. There were legit visible crumbs between the two beds. We went on about our night got ready left for the concert about 6:45ish didn't get back from the concert until about 11:30ish. We went to the bar and ordered drinks and a pizza, both drinks and pizza were good. Head back to our rooms and go to bed. Wake up the next day and start to pack shower and get ready to check out. We attempted to take showers but the shower curtain would not stay open. We were looking up at the rod and notice it was ripped out of the wall. I notified the front desk as soon as we were done getting ready and checking out. I was met with well why didn't you tell us about it yesterday when you checked in. No one noticed it yesterday as we were hardly in the room. She said she would note it on our booking. I get home check my bank account and sure enough they were trying to charge me $300.00 for the damage. I called spoke with a manager she review cameras and let me know she would refund my money. Then proceeded to say I needed to go change my review and that she hopes I am being honest about this and it would be unfortunate for them If I was lying. Inspect your rooms!!"

"Staff was pleasant, room and facility were clean & quiet, one of the two queen beds was comfortable. Room needed some minor maintenance - slow sink drain, peeling wall covering in the shower, rusty fire sprinkler, etc. The location is not great except the folks visiting the hospital next door. This area of town is institutional/industrial. No view from the room. The continental breakfast was subpar but if I'm not mistaken, it was available 24/7 so there weren't any set breakfast hours (good & bad) good because one doesn't feel rushed to get to breakfast, bad because there is no telling how fresh the breakfast items are. Parking in some spots was tight and the traffic flow was a bit wonky, but there was plenty of space in other parking areas and not wonky. I don;t think I would probably stay here again, but it might be fine for anyone visiting the hospital."

"Our stay at the highpoint hotel was amazing! The staff that greeted us at check in was so helpful and accommodating! The lobby and reception area was so immaculately clean as was our room! Spacious for us and had everything we needed. Breakfast was a reasonable $10 per person. All you care to eat! The hotel is very safe and secure too! We will definitely stay here again! I highly recommend!"

"Very well maintained hotel. Very attentive and responsive staff. Nice pool area. We had a large group for a funeral in town and the staff was awesome un giving us a meeting room for an impromptu gathering on a Monday afternoon/evening. They went above and beyond for us."

"Beautiful, well thought out hotel. Our room was next to the mechanical room so it was very loud inside our room. They have no business putting paying guests in that room. I understand when you book through a third party site and receive a discounted hotel room, that you will be placed in less optimal rooms, such as a bad view, etc. But this was beyond the pale. I would never have stayed here had I know it would be in a noisy room next to the mechanical room. At checkout I was told the supervisor would be in at 3:00 PM and would call me. It has been 24 hours and crickets."

"There wasn’t much for breakfast choices at 7:30 am. There was waffles, watery and tasteless gravy for biscuits and small selections of other items. Our room was clean as well as the pool area. The staff was friendly. "
