"AC kept turning off, no coffee filters in room and tv didn't work"

"Place is being remodeled, but they tried putting me in a room that was not yet finished... then switched me to a room that already had someone in it. After the 3rd try, it was a halfway decent room but TV didn't work. At least the water was hot in shower and fairly clean. They might need to rethink the crew they have painting for the remodel... it's very sloppy work."

Check in staff neglected to tell us that we had to park in the airport’s long term parking and when we returned later that evening we discovered it and that we had to pay for the long term parking. "We stayed here for the waterpark. The kids really enjoyed the waterslide and pirate ship area. The pool area was nice. The room needed some serious TLC .. there was paint chipping and screw holes in the walls they never covered up. The bathroom was disgusting. All the caulk around the shower was black. The room was so dark. We had every light on and still couldn’t see. The layout of the room was nice and spacious, it has potential if they’d put a little work into cleaning it up."

"First time staying at this place. Overall clean and good accommodations."

"It was a very well kept property. The rooms were clean and staff was hospitable. The only thing we would have liked that was NOT included was a continental breakfast. They did have a restaurant attached that served breakfast. It was just an extra expense we weren’t anticipating. Otherwise, extremely happy with our stay."

The workout room had a large hole in the ceiling. While housekeeping was cleaning rooms, there was a vacuum sitting in hallway with the cord just all over floor, the lady standing in hallway didn’t bother to move it out the way for my daughters and I."
