"Mostly enjoyed our stay. Room clean and suitable for short stay. No toiletries on first night just soap. Only 2 cups for 3 adults had to go to bar for an extra cup. No extension lead available so glad we took our own although not really long enough. Disappointed to find door not secured properly after cleaners had been in."

"Staff were so friendly and helpful. Our room was spotless. Could do with a hook or a in the bathroom to hang towels on. Food in restaurant was amazing and the mini bar in the hotel was perfect. Would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone"

"Due to excessive external temperatures during my stay staff had left the windows open which was understandable in the circumstances. Unfortunately my room (215) overlooked the High Street below. From 0400 hrs the noise from heavy agricultural traffic was constant. I accept it was my choice to continue to get a circulation of air into the room however it was at the cost of being awake very early in the day.
Next time would book a room facing the rear of the property.

"The room was clean, but the shower room could do with a deep clean. Yellow around plug area and taps on sink. Vents very dusty.
The shower wasn't working.
Door to reception said open from 7am but it didn't open till 8am house keeper came to look at the shower who also couldn't get it working so opened up an unoccupied room for me to use the shower
Staff were fantastic. Ate in the restaurant Saturday night. Again staff were very accommodating and friendly. Food was fantastic"

"Clean room. All the staff we encountered were very helpful. Breakfast was excellent, staff were very helpful assisting me to get my gluten free requirements. Parking very easy and reasonably priced. We throughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you."
