The room had black mould on window and on frame. Was shocked to see it.
Staff all pleasant.
Couldn’t cancel next booking because of the state of my room made me not wish to stay at Admiral Rodney again. In the Past always been happy there.
Asked for another room but reception said couldn’t change last night or next time (on 26 and 27th March).
Please can you refund me as it is circumstances from your booking system that the receptionist says cannot be done. This is not fair you will agree. The room was noisy too which stopped me from sleeping when i desperately needed a good nights rest as driving at nearby Cadwell Park today 15th Feb. Was woken at around 5am by creaking floorboards and voices. My next booking was for Cadwell too. Please can you make a refund in view of the circumstances for my next two dates. Was told by the hotel they couldn’t help me. Can you please? I’m desperate that I’ve made a booking with so many faults - even returned in person to talk to Admiral Rodney without success. Please help. Thank you.
