"Normally I dont got much to complain about but from the moment we got there the bathrooms were dirty early check in wasn't available who places like that and the about they charge we shouldn't have to wait till 4pm to check in are had a bad smell and some lights didn't work we also tryed eating at the dine in restaurant the food was sloppy and had hair in it Im requesting some kind of refund back"

"I absolutely loved my stay here. The hotel was amazing, especially for the price. I’ve stayed at several hotels in the Centralia area, and this one was by far the cleanest. The room was spotless, comfortable, and made me feel right at home. What really stood out was the staff. Every person I interacted with was so kind, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. It’s rare to find customer service this good anymore. The breakfast was also great and was a perfect way to start the day. I honestly have nothing negative to say about my stay. Everything exceeded my expectations, and I felt like I got much more than what I paid for. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Centralia. It will definitely be my first choice every time I come back. Thank you for making my stay such a great experience!"

"Well where do I start...When we opened the door to 218, first thing I smelled was a "wet dog scent'. We started the fan but all it did was move the smell around more. It was the only room available at check in. When we got back from a long day, the shower head was leaking there was something yellowish in the tub??? Then when we did lay down, the bed was severly lumpie, the pillows were flat and I hardly slept the night! To say that we were unhappy with the room, would be overstating that this room needs to be redone, bed, carpet and all. We did like the pictures on the one wall. Nicely done. Breakfast was OK, but you all should not brag about it in you information. We have stayed at many LaQuinta Inns, but we would NOT stay at this one again..."
