"Fast and friendly check-in set the tone right away. Within minutes we were upstairs in a tidy, modern room that felt well maintained and thoughtfully laid out. The room itself is comfortable and practical. The bed is on the firm side but paired with very soft pillows, which makes for a surprisingly good night’s sleep. The bathroom is modern and beautifully tiled with excellent hot water temperature, always a welcome luxury after wandering around humid Penang. Small touches help. The coffee bar includes a fridge and two complimentary bottles of water each day, something you’ll appreciate after exploring the streets of George Town. Location is another big win. The hotel sits within easy walking distance of several food markets, a mall, and plenty of local points of interest, making it a convenient base for eating and exploring your way around the city."
