"The sink in our room was clogged with throw up from the previous group. Not sure how the cleaning staff didn’t see that especially since we did a later than normal checkin…..no rush on our room. Additionally the barf made the roof stink which never seemed to clear."

"The room was very clean and set up perfectly. Lovely amenities for the property. Lobby consisted of fresh fruit, and lemon water. We received drink coupons for the bar for the evening. Property sits in a perfect location, walking distance to the boardwalk."

"Clean, spacious room. Carpeting does need to be replaced though. Friendly staff. Parking cost was a bit excessive though. Location was close to the River Walk and Congress St. "

"The staff was very friendly and helpful. There was a musty odor through the hallway, and in the room. Room was very small. Bed was comfortable. Bath/shower products premium quality. The bathroom faucet was broken, shower fixture not user friendly, no ventilation for shower steam (hence the musty odor) and they could use a coffee maker in the room. I expected more from a “luxury” hotel. I wouldn’t consider this hotel 5 star as presented. "
