"Appartment set up with fridge and ability to prepare your own food. Very good bed, small bathroom but functional. Very good shower. All nice and clean. Located in Wood Wharf near Union Square. Subway within 5min walk. Restaurants and bar nearby. Would definitely recommend"

"Terrible check in nearly 2 hrs late due to housekeeping issues. All that was needed was a text message to let us know that there has been a delay. We did eventually speak to the manager after checking in who couldn't apologise enough when she called round to see us with gifts for the inconvenience & a free late checkout & said it was her top priority to sort out housekeeping so that this never happened again.
Despite the check in issues the apartment was clean, spacious, stocked with everything...

"The accommodation was fine and served us well, and it’s a very handy location. It was good value for money in that respect. Just don’t accidentally leave anything behind in the apartment, as it’s nigh impossible to communicate meaningfully via the Bob W WhatsApp account. I realised after we left that I’d left my electric toothbrush in the bathroom, so the next day I messaged via WhatsApp to ask if the cleaners could put it somewhere safe so I could collect it next time I was in London. "Very clean room and amenities needed in the kitchen if you wanted a quick easy meal. Coffee was very nice touch with the cafeteria. It wasn't warm season but the AC was recommended so can close a window as close to the train line. Perfect location for Tower Bridge, Tower of London and the tube. Nice quirky neighbourhood. Would recommend and use again when needed for this location. Many Thanks BOB W"
