"Unfortunately, this stay was disappointing, particularly because of the way requests and expectations were handled.
Two weeks before our stay, I contacted Q1 specifically requesting a high-floor room and was told the request had been attached to our booking. However, at check-in there appeared to be no record of it and we were initially allocated Level 16. After raising it again, we were eventually moved to Level 28.
We were also told we had been “upgraded” to a two-bedroom family room....

"We had a lovely stay. Room was clean and beds were extremely comfortable. Breakfast was ample and regularly refreshed through the morning. Pool and spa was delightful. We’d have no hesitation returning to stay again."

"Great location, big room with big bathroom and big bed - very well suited for a week-long stay. Awesome view and the pool was great too. On the downside, the room had not been properly vacuumed when we first arrived and the water pressure in the shower was terrible and took a long time to adjust - we wasted a lot of water trying to get clean. The room service food was pretty good, and the sports bar next door was great. We would come back again."

"Generally accommodation was good. Lovely building and staff. Our room definitely due for some love/ maintenance, sulphuric smells from bathroom wastes probably as not a regularly used apartment. Advertised as Ocean View Queen but was on the Northwest of tower so didnt have as much of a view as other rooms.
Overall good value, just needs a bit of love and maintenance"

"The room was large with good amenities- kettle, bar fridge (with milk, water bottles), iron, pod coffee machine. Hotel also has a laundry, gym and pool. The standout was the breakfast buffet. There was a good selection of food, including fresh fruit, cereal, pastries, pancakes, bread and cooked breakfast foods. Also juices and tea and coffee. Food was replaced regularly.
We ate at the bistro in the afternoon. There was a service and food were excellent. We got a 10% discount and a free drink....

"Great location and space for the money. Might pay to advise where do be dropped off to pick up the key in regards to the building if you have a few bags and kids and dont get taken to the key its a haul with bags and kids there and then back to the actual building your staying in.
