"The room is perfect but I have been staying in the hotel for over 10 years. Its about time the television appliance be changed. Everything else is outstanding. I must give a generous recommendation to the gentlemen, who handles your luggage from inside and outside the hotel. The gentlemen are the cornerstone stone of Majestic. These gentlemen provide you a warm welcome and professionalism attitude. Especially Mr. Derrick, who always provide great customer service. Thank you "

"The hotel offers good value for the price and its location is good as you can walk to Old Dubai, which is great. The rooms are spacious, though they could be better maintained (mainly bathroom). Breakfast had options, but the quality wasn’t the best and not really to my taste. Overall, it’s a decent stay, but fairly average."
