Lisa, at the front desk, was hands down the kindest staff member. She went out of her way to give us recommendations and was very helpful. "

"Vania was so lovely and helpful to book me in for the night even though I accidentally booked the stay for the following week.... These things happen when you decide to do a spontaneous trip around Europe when your original New Zealand Trip had to get cancelled due to the war in the Middle East. We were offered a sea view room instead and it was such a glorious view from the room. Thank you so much Vania for making our stay with you so special and I hope to visit Tata, Hungary some day. 😊 "

"There was a smell of tires and gasoline because the hotel is above a bus deport. I felt very sick and dizzy the entire time. I had to keep the window open so I could breath. Felt like I was suffocating and had headaches the entire time. Locations terrible and is a health and safety issue. I could not sleep because of the noise from the traffic, but I could not breath so I didn’t have much of a choice. You can hear the noise in the hallway, likely because this was previously an office building. Breakfast was horrible. I would have change hotels but could find anything last minute. I’m also pregnant and am worried about how the air quality may have impacted the baby."

"Hands Down Best Hotel & Location ever! I recommend room 420 for the view! The water is heated so enjoy the outdoor pool at anytime! I was greeted by name and glass of wine as soon as i wqlked "

"I booked through Expedia, the internet did not work in the room, I was unable to connect with my clients for my business meeting, as a result I lost money. Later that night, we lost power in the room due to a faulty coffee maker (The entire circuit shut down). We were upgraded to a suite but the damage was already done, I lost over $1000 in business and am still waiting to be reimbursed for the cost of the room. The staff and the manager were very nice and helpful during the crisis. "

"Hotel itself is amazing but the food service is terrible. For 3 mornings in a row I and people with me had to ask multiple times where our food was. 45 minute wait for scrambled eggs and not very busy. Same with dinner. Had to ask where a pizza was"
