Lisa, at the front desk, was hands down the kindest staff member. She went out of her way to give us recommendations and was very helpful. "

These things happen when you decide to do a spontaneous trip around Europe when your original New Zealand Trip had to get cancelled due to the war in the Middle East. "Hands Down Best Hotel & Location ever! I recommend room 420 for the view! The water is heated so enjoy the outdoor pool at anytime! I was greeted by name and glass of wine as soon as i wqlked "

"I booked through Expedia, the internet did not work in the room, I was unable to connect with my clients for my business meeting, as a result I lost money. Later that night, we lost power in the room due to a faulty coffee maker (The entire circuit shut down). We were upgraded to a suite but the damage was already done, I lost over $1000 in business and am still waiting to be reimbursed for the cost of the room. The staff and the manager were very nice and helpful during the crisis. "
