ery friendly and accommodating.

My sat nav took me to its sister hotel in Burgos. But the staff there were very accommodating, and said if I wished I could stay there. The staff were brilliant, and allowed me to park mr car in the underground hotel car park, which I don’t think many people use. Very friendly and would definitely stay there again.

Good Value for Money as a Stopover in Burgos

The hotel's location isn't the best in terms of being central in Burgos and the neighbourhood isn't the most attractive. However, the hotel itself was clean and the room quiet and the service was attentive. There was a bit of confusion about breakfast because there really wasn't much on offer except some croissants in cling film -- this appeared to be a Corona restriction and not any fault of the hotel.

La clasificacion 3 estrellas del hotel es correcta en cuanto a instalaciones, habitación, servicio y limpieza. Hay dos hoteles “Los Braseros” en Burgos uno de ellos esta ubicado en el centro y el otro a las afueras. Creiamos que teniamos reserva para el del centro (ya que es el hotel que aparece en el buscador de la web) y fuimos a hacer el check in alli. Este hotel es el que esta situado a las afueras. No eramos los primeros en cometer ese error segun nos comentaron en el hotel del centro. Por otro lado, al hacer el checkin nos ofrecieron la posibilidad de aparcar el coche en el parking del hotel. Cuando hicimos el checkout vimos que nos habian cobrado 8 euros por el uso del parking. Cuando argumentamos que no nos habian informado del cargo extra, la recepcionista nos digo que aparecia en la web del hotel y debiamos saberlo. Chequeamos tras pagar y no informa del cargo extra en la pagina principal de la web. Esperamos que esta valoración sirva para que otros huespedes no se lleven la misma sorpresa que nosotros.

Mejor busquen otro

Lo mejor del hotel, es el servicio de los meseros; es excelente! es lo único recomendable; de cinco estrellas!!! Lo demás, estrellado.... Pero los cuartos, pasillos y restaurante estaban repletos de moscas! agh! especialmente el restaurante. Recién instalado encontré el cuarto sucio y la novedad de compartir espacios con perros. NO CUMPLIERON CON LAS ESPECIFICACIONES DE CONTRATACIÓN, solicite una cuna y el encargado -con la menor gana de ayudar a solucionar necesidades, tan solo dijo: "nosotros tenemos nuestras prioridades y ni modo, nosotros decidimos"... Otro problema es la localización; se supone que ellos indican que están a 0.4 kilómetros del centro histórico y en realidad están a por lo menos 4 o más!! y cada noche, debí regresar a la administración pues la llave no abría el cuarto, apagaban el aire acondicionado y la red wifi; bueno, había que conectarla a cada instante.

Carino ma la colazione potrebbe essere meglio

Hotel con comodo parcheggio, non vicinissimo al centro ma adatto a che viaggia per lavoro. Struttura moderna, camere arredate bene. Unico neo, la colazione decisamente misera e poco curata nonostante l'hotel abbia un'ampia caffetteria aperta a tutti.

Recibimiento pésimo y limpieza deficiente

Teniendo reserva con una semana de antelación, para el sábado 21 con check in a las 13:00 nos presentamos a la hora y día contratado mi mujer, mi hijo de 2 años y yo, y la señorita de recepción nos larga del hotel indicando que no podemos subir a la habitación porque no está lista a las 13:10, le indico hora de check in de la reserva e insiste en que nos vayamos y volvamos a las 14:30. Para no entrar en discusión dado que llevabamos al niño procedemos a irnos, vuelvo solo a las 14:30 y me dan la llave de la habitación,. Subo y nada mas abrir la puerta...un olor a tabaco cuando especifique que habitación de no fumadores y sudor reconcentrado que tuve que abrir la ventana de la habitación y el baño, manchas secas de café por la pared de la habitación, el secador de pelo no funcionaba... un caos. Ante ese panorama busqué otro sitio donde alojar a mi family. Resumiendo, trato del personal pésimo, habitación desordenada, sucia y sin ventilar. Añadiendo que no cumplen lo pactado. No vuelvo a reservar en ese hotel ni aunque me regalen la estancia.

Hotel adecuado.

Hotel aceptable. Esta a 20 minutos del centro ( en autobús se llega en un momento) y alrrededor del hotel hay de todo (barrio semi nuevo). El personal encantador y en todo momento pendiente. Desayuno incluido siendo este aceptable. Cenamos un día y bastastante bien, nos gusto. Habitación para tres (familiar con un niño) un poco justa de espacio. No es para hacer vida. Solo un pero. Si la habitación es para tres tendría que haber 3 almohadas auxiliares y no 2. Si se pide como hicimos tenerlas de back-up en algún sitio. No decir que no hay. También colocar productos de aseo para 3. Son las pequeñas cosas que hacen que un buen hotel se convierta en un gran hotel.

fin de semana en Burgos

mal informados de la subida del garaje al hotel. y el primer dia hacia frio en la habitacion si que es verdad que lo subsanaron pero luego era demasiado calor. en fin no hubo un termino medio, porque el programador no servia para nada. lo pusieras como lo pusieras no funcionaba. por lo demás bien un hotel no muy grande pero limpio y las camas comodas el baño muy completo con secador y espejo de aumento. el hotel queda retirado del centro como a una media hora andando es verdad que hay una parada de autobus al lado del hotel pero yo no lo utilice me imagino que llevaria al centro de Burgos

Excellent stop over hotel

This was an excellent hotel for us arriving at Bilbao mid afternoon the trip to Burgos was the ideal length. Hotel was excellent clean tidy, friendly staff, buffet breakfast adequate, evening meal was very good delicious, just enough and a very reasonable price. Twenty minute walk to the old quarter which was very pleasant.

Hotel on a council estates

A comfortable hotel and staff were friendly. The room was ok- clean and comfortable . Parking is pricey considering it's free outside. I wouldn't have breakfast - it's a bun fight! Very poorly organised and dirty shelves where plates etc. are stored. It's also a fair way from the town centre- about a 20 minute walk, minimum.
