"We loved our stay. The rooms were clean and all of communal spaces were clean and through fully designed. Not a lot of amenities, but for our short stay it was enough. My kids loved the fancy tubs and the porch overlooking the store. We were not made aware of the scavenger hunt on check in and my kids were upset they missed out on that when we saw it at check out. Overall it was nice, pricey but we enjoyed our time."

"We stayed in this hotel for one night on a quick trip to Memphis. I had looked into several other hotels in the area that were similarly priced, but they all had drawbacks such as mandatory valet parking, no free breakfast, loud street noise, etc. When I saw this one, I thought it was too good to be true, but I took a chance and booked it anyway. Turns out it was excellent. I stayed here with my husband and two teenagers. The location is within walking distance of Beale Street, the room was super clean and had 2 queen beds instead of doubles, and the location was super quiet. The parking is included in the price and you can park your own car, which is a miracle if you look at the other hotels near Beale. We never had a problem finding a close parking spot either. As for the breakfast, there was a lot of variety (eggs, sausage, waffle maker, cereal, bagels, muffins, toast, nutella, coffee, hot water for tea, etc.). Just a note for the hotel, the fragrant smell in the lobby is overwhelming to people with perfume allergies. If our room had smelled like that, we would have had to leave. Thankfully, the smell was just in the lobby. We would highly recommend this hotel as a clean, comfortable experience in the heart of downtown Memphis!"

"This hotel is absolutely amazing. Everything is clean and fresh smelling. The carpets look brand new and the room were so clean. Parking is gated and right by the back entrance. Unfortunately it cost over $30 a night. Which what you have to pay for the rooms there should be free parking. The pool is real nice and inside so you do not have to worry about sun or weather. But because it is inside if you get a lot of kids in there you will not be able to stay in there because it is entirely too loud and they are jumping and splashing water every which makes the floor slippery and I actually fell because of it. I know it sounds like a lot of complaing but other than that I LOVED this hotel and we plan in staying there again."
