"The executive suite we had was spacious and comfortable, especially the bed. The hotel staff are very welcoming and accommodating. My wife enjoyed the spa facilities. The hotel is located within close walking distance to the Queen Street train station and close to the St Davids centre where there are plenty of nice restaurants and shops."

"lovely hotel, great spa facilities & lovely meal. staff all fab . nly issue was the security bold on the room jammed into place when we were int he spa so we couldnt get back into our room and they had to call maintenance. the lady on reception said it happens often. we were in a hurry so it was not great and we began to panic about the time. these should be removed and replaced with ones that cant lock when you leave the room. very scary if you left a young child in there and popped out for 1 minute or had a train to catch etc. aoart from that it was brtilliant - thank you "

"My sister and I stayed at the Sidcott Arms on a return journey from Bristol Airport. Considering the price of the room, it was good value for money. We had difficulty with the wifi initially which was resolved by staff. Air conditioning was noisy and there were a few cobwebs dotted around the tired looking room. The sheets and towels were clean/comfortable and food was satisfactory. All the staff we met were polite, helpful and had a sense of humour. Nothing was too much trouble. All-in-all, a comfortable stay and we would stay again. "

"Ideally located and quite new, the only small thing was the uncovered but thankfully not too long walkways to/from the multi-storey and the Airport Terminal which exposes travellers to the British Weather a little more that we'd like. Hotel and rooms were very nice, and convenient, Staff were awesome, we will stay here again soon. "
