"I stayed here for a night, unfortunately my experience with the receptionist was disappointing. Even though I had already paid online, he questioned whether I had enough money in my account and asked me to pay again, along with an additional dollars as a security deposit. While the deposit was eventually refunded, the way the situation was handled felt unprofessional and made the check-in experience uncomfortable. Aside from that, the stay itself was okay, but the service at reception definitely...

"Room was fine, but lacking in a few items. Things like the dish sponge weren’t new or clean. I had to wash all of the dishes as a few had leftover food on them. No basics like salt and pepper, shampoo or conditioner etc. Not enough towels for the length of our stay. Pool was lovely and had a great view. Check-in was a bit inconvenient and confusing, but this was mainly because the email from the property went to my spam inbox, so I wasn’t aware I had to give them prior notice of my arrival...
