Lotte Hotel Busan
Lobby was grand and big, typical of Lotte style. Our first impression of the porter when we get off the taxi, he was grouchy and not welcoming at all. Paradise Hotel Busan
The experience overall was very smooth and comfortable. The staff were all very friendly and spoke English well. However, you can tell the rooms are a bit old but it was still a comfortable room. We got an ocean view room with terrace and the view was amazing!
