"I love everything except our room was placed in the first floor"

"The apartment itself was excellent - very comfortable with lots of space. Location was great with some excellent restaurants nearby. A place called Do Belo was our favourite and within 5 minutes walk. Staff were brilliant, but the check in process was a bit complicated as we arrived after 8pm. We had to go to the sister hotel to pick up our room keys before going to the hotel itself. Broke three ribs prior to travel and so was unable to travel as was finding it difficult to walk. I realise a booked a non-refundable ticket, and requested a change of date.
