"The room and facilities were clean and well-kept since this is a newer building. Check-in took over 15 minutes since there was only one staff member at the front desk and she was on the phone for an extended period of time. There were only two bath towels and two washcloths, but no hand towels. The bed was hard and very uncomfortable for us."

"The hotel is conveniently located near airport, about 5 minutes of driving. It's a good place for a short stay with reasonable amenities, clean rooms and comfortable beds. Bathroom was clean and modern. There was free parking outside the hotel. Breakfast was included and consists of cereal, waffles, bagels, pastries, and yogurt as well as drinks and juice. It was good enough for a not picky person like me. Overall, we had a pleasant stay here for less than a day."

"Overall, the room was cleaned fairly. There was a water stain on the ceiling. The personal hygiene products were not up to par. They did not provide much lather. They looked cheap. I tried to locate toothpaste and a toothbrush in the hotel store, but was not able too. Had to walk over to CVS. There was a very nice gentleman who worked there who was helped us out a great deal. "Clean room, staff very pleasant, Breakfast was okay just wish it was until 10am instead of 9am. Didn’t like having to get up early so missed breakfast most of the time. Lots of shops and outlets nearby"

"We were booked in a non smoking room but the first room we were given smelled horribly of cigarette smoke. Immediately went to the desk for another room. It was satisfactory."

"Do not book here. I don’t know where the 4stars came from but that’s a lie. I had to go buy cleaning products to clean this room. Toilets, shower, the floors everything was disgusting. Everything in the area was booked for a festival and I traveled from out of state and was stuck. I showed the employee the dirty toilets and nothing was done to fix the problem.
