"We had a deeply disappointing experience at Zen Escape. Despite booking a Family Suite with 2 queen beds, we were given a smaller Deluxe Suite with only 1 bed and an unprepared sofa. Most concerning was discovering someone else’s dirty underwear tucked between the sheets—raising serious hygiene issues. "Excellent service from the friendly owner. Convenient parking. Cozy room with comfortable beds. The villa is fantastically located in the hills and you'll get stunning views of the Catania area. A few minutes drive from the town of Nicolos where we found great food and good vibes. Overall, very good value for money. I would highly recommend staying at Villa Aresco to anyone visiting Etna area."
