"We had a deeply disappointing experience at Zen Escape. Despite booking a Family Suite with 2 queen beds, we were given a smaller Deluxe Suite with only 1 bed and an unprepared sofa. Most concerning was discovering someone else’s dirty underwear tucked between the sheets—raising serious hygiene issues. A few minutes drive from the town of Nicolos where we found great food and good vibes. Overall, very good value for money. I would highly recommend staying at Villa Aresco to anyone visiting Etna area."
