"The staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was nice with a breakfast consisting of Sicilian baked goods, coffee and brought in from a local bakery. We also had a small private terrace. Parking was secure and easy. We participated in an ecotour to see Mt. Etna. The tour picked us up at the hotel, which was very convenient."
"We had a deeply disappointing experience at Zen Escape. Despite booking a Family Suite with 2 queen beds, we were given a smaller Deluxe Suite with only 1 bed and an unprepared sofa. Most concerning was discovering someone else’s dirty underwear tucked between the sheets—raising serious hygiene issues. When brought to management’s attention, we received no apology or explanation, only a denial and refusal to issue any refund for the downgrade or the incident. Avoid if you value cleanliness and...

"The rooms are modern and very clean and comfortable. As a solo female traveler I also felt very safe here and could walk around to the market, bakery and restaurants easily. I really enjoyed my stay and it was nice to have a shared kitchen where I could store food in a fridge and make coffee each morning. The staff is very friendly a responsive and helpful. They even gave me a ride to the train station when I left Catania. I would definitely recommend this accommodation to my friends and family."

"We stayed a couple of days and had great recommendations from the staff on where to eat and what to do. Lovely, big garden and a nice swimming pool. A lot of things to do and explore for our 3 year old son. "
"The B&B is in a lovely area. About five minutes walk to lots of great restaurants. Parking is on the street. It’s a busy street but we didn’t have any issues finding a spot out the front. And we didn’t have issues with noise from the street in the evening, even though our apartment was on the street side. There is a communal kitchen/dining area with a balcony that serves three apartments. Breakfast is self serve as you please with lots of fresh options. "
