"Upon arrival, I approached the reception desk to check in. The receptionist asked me to step aside so he could assist the guest behind me, stating that I had additional questions. I agreed without issue. However, after assisting not only that guest but two additional guests while I was still waiting, I asked if he could please complete my check-in. "Didn’t use any amenities. Breakfast was ok at best. They didn’t make our bed or provide fresh towels. Went to front desk to discuss. Was told that we should have been told at check in that unless we asked they don’t enter room during our stay. We didn’t tell us. She did give me fresh towels. It was graduation weekend and we paid over $400 per night for two nights. They should have made our bed! Place needs a refresh! "

"There are a couple of issues that affected our stay at the Indigo. The room could have better lighting. I can’t speak for others, but the dinner I ordered was barely warm, and not a good taste. And lastly, the AC noise vibrates through out the room."

"Room was very spacious. The curtain to the side of the bed kept the room dark, which was perfect sleeping conditions. My only complaint was that the refrigerator compressor was loud and woke me up during the night. "
