"Keycard machine was broken when we arrived. Staff was pretty incompetent. We were told that there would be bedding for the pull out bed in the room, but there was none. When we called the front desk to inquire about it, we were not given clear answers on how to get extra bedding. The bedding that we got did not fit the bed. Breakfast item selection was poor and they kept running out of items. Many warm items were undercooked. Waffle batter was way too liquid and you could not make waffles with it. Coffee had dark debris in it. We’ve stayed at this place many times before, and although it was not exactly a stellar establishment, it was adequate for our traveling needs. This time it was different. We’ll never stay there again."

We would like a refund even though the property would not issue us one. We use your app for all of our travels and feel that it’s only fair to issue refunds for shoddy hotels. Please consider this for us. We were told they had bed bugs as well."
