"The Great Pyrenees dog, Dalí, greeting me at my car wagging his tail and walked me to the door. The receptionist was efficient, funny and super helpful. The hotel arranged a great horse ride for me and recommended a fantastic hot springs. Aldo they washed and folded a load of laundry for me. The breakfast is huge and very good. The people are warm and laid back. The building and view of the lake are phenomenal. The bathrooms big and modern. The pool is pretty big it was winter so I didn’t swim or ask to use the hot tub or sauna. It was a wonderful experience and I’ll be bank! You should go! Don’t hesitate to stay here; it’s awesome."

"Nuestra estadía estuvo bastante bien. La atención de los recepcionistas fue excelente, al igual que la del personal del restaurante Dominga, especialmente Valentina. Como punto de mejora, la atención del personal de aseo podría ser más eficiente. Solicitamos una frazada en tres oportunidades y nunca llegó. Además, no hubo reposición de papel higiénico durante nuestra estadía. Por estas razones, no otorgo 5 estrellas."

"Hotel is nice, kitchen has minimal equipment but we were able to cook dinner. Breakfast & staff were great. The town itself is very busy and noisy though. So, at night, you could hear the noises outside. Luckily there was free parking in the back."

"We loved it! The cabin was the perfect mix of cozy and rustic, while being very clean and up-to-date. We loved getting the breakfast and having a view of the volcano. Christian was incredibly helpful to us in figuring out our plans. We were sad to leave and definitely recommend."

"The staff was professional and friendly, and even consulted me with excursions. The breakfast was relatively generous. The place is really close to the main street so there are a lot of restaurants, bars and places to go out nearby."

"Staff is very supportive. The breakfast is organized by shifts. The rooms were clean, with new towels every day. There's free parking and the hotel is close to downtown, just few minutes walk. Very nice experience "

"El administrador es muy incisivo en sus intrucciones, prácticamente te trata como un. Niño y es muy muy insistente, super desagradables, el desayuno siguen siendo el mismo desde hace más de 10 años… Lamentablente dejé mi kayak afuera del domo, y me robaron un par de remos… la administración ni se hizo responsable y prácticamente culpándome a mí por no dejar los remos adentro del domo, que por los demás es súper acotado en espaci… Creo que los domos que dicen ser para 6, no cumple con la dimensiones para estar cómodo 6 personas, más bien máximo 4 personas cómodas en un espacio reducido."
