On arrival the hotel staff were great; polite, helpful and good humoured. The room was very clean and tidy and we appreciated the complimentary water. Plaza de la Luz Cádiz
Amazing accommodation in a truly stunning city. The only things I would improve on would be complimentary coffee in the room, better shower gel and shampoo and the flower pots on patio need looking at. Other than that, wonderful.

No pudimos dormir por el calor en la habitación ellos dicen que como hay frío no ponen el aire , en la noche la bulla de las personas que recogen la basura fue horrible , no estamos acotumbrados a dormir con las ventanas abiertas
