"It’s a great location, and for that the hotel is a fine value. But there were some disappointing issues. There was a general lack of care and maintenance: my room was dirty with scuffs and marks on the walls, the shower was missing a drain, the common areas often smelled like cigarettes, etc. The wifi was also slow and spotty to the point where it was unusable. There might be better options in the area, even for budget travelers. "

"We really enjoyed our stay at Gulhane Corner. The staff were amazing, very helpful and helped us with all of our concerns. Our room was also in very good condition, with heating and hot water available at all times of day and an air conditioner. Bathroom also very new. This booking was extremely good value and being in such a central location, on one of the main roads allowed us to get more of our trip. Breakfast also very hearty and healthy.
